How it works
We appreciate that this might be a slightly different way of getting your shoes repaired; but it couldn’t be simpler. We have worked hard to provide a user-friendly and reliable service. The following frequently asked questions can help explain more…
1. Why wouldn’t I just go to my local repair shop?
Well, you can of course. But it is increasingly becoming the case that good, traditional, independently-owned shoe repairers are not as common on the high street. At Denmon’S we want to offer our high-quality repair service to a wider audience using some clever technology. As you’ll see from our reviews, our customers are very satisfied and often come back to us for additional repairs. Now, you can receive the same customer satisfaction from the comfort of your own home!
2. Can I talk with one of the experts at Denmon’S to explain what I need?
Yes, you can. We know that one of the benefits of having a local shoe repairer is that you can visit them, ask questions and discuss the repair. With Denmon’S you can still do this from the comfort of your own home by just booking a video call with us. Please click here to do so.
3. Can I still come to the shop?
Yes, you are always welcome to visit us at our flagship store in Bath. Remember we also have other products and services on offer in the shop – such as key cutting; replacement watch batteries and replacement watch straps; and travel products. All we’re doing now is helping more people to access our shoe repair and bag repair services online.
4. How do I get my items to you?
Our online booking system is simple to use. Kindly fill out your order form and complete your order; we will then email you a label to print. Once you have printed your label, you will need to place your items in a postal package/bag and attach the label. Finally, take the package to your nearest Post Office so that it can be delivered to our workshop the next working day.
5. How do I pay?
All via this website, it’s easy and straight-forward. Our website takes you through the buying process and you just pay at the ‘check-out’ towards the end of the process.
6. How long does it take?
It depends, of course, on the repair but we are aiming to get items back to you within five working days.
7. Will I need to package up my items?
Yes you will need a bag that you can seal up, or a small box, to transport your items to us via Royal Mail using a service which we have already set up and coordinated with Royal Mail.
Still have questions for us? No problem, just fill in a form and we’ll come back to you.
